Welcome to Embroidery Aura. By accessing our website and purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. General Conditions

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your country or have permission from a legal guardian. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

You may not use our products or services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

2. Products & Services

Embroidery Aura specializes in custom and premium embroidered apparel and products. Due to the nature of embroidery and handcrafted detailing, slight variations in color, stitching, or placement may occur. These variations are not considered defects.

All product descriptions, images, and prices are subject to change without notice.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in PKR unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.

Orders will only be processed after full payment is received. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect payment details or failed transactions.

4. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays. During sales, promotions, or peak seasons, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled or modified, especially for custom embroidered items.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We offer domestic shipping across Pakistan and international shipping to selected countries including the USA, Canada, UK, and Australia.

  • Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to courier delays, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Embroidery Aura is not liable for delays caused by courier services or customs authorities.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Our Return & Refund Policy forms part of these Terms and must be reviewed before placing an order.

Key points:

  • Returns are accepted only under specific conditions.
  • Defective or damaged items must be reported on the same day of delivery with clear photographic evidence.
  • Size or color exchanges are subject to a 25% fee.
  • Eligible returns within 7 days are refunded 75% of the product price.
  • All shipping costs (both ways) are borne by the customer.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once an order is marked as delivered by the courier, Embroidery Aura is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package arrives damaged, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can assist you with a replacement or claim.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including designs, logos, images, text, and embroidery artwork is the intellectual property of Embroidery Aura.
Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or copying is strictly prohibited.

9. Accuracy of Information

We strive to ensure all information on our website is accurate and up to date. However, we do not guarantee that product descriptions, pricing, or other content are free from errors. We reserve the right to correct any inaccuracies without prior notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

Embroidery Aura shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damage arising from the use of our products or services.

Our liability is limited strictly to the purchase value of the product.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.

12. Changes to Terms of Service

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
