Aura Headquarters. - Orders are processed Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays.

We currently ship to:
- Domestic: All over Pakistan.
- International: Canada, USA, UK, Australia, and selected countries. Please
contact us for confirmation if your country isn’t listed at checkout.

📦 Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.
- If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery
with photos so we can assist you with a replacement or claim.
