At Embroidery Aura Headquarters, we take pride in delivering high-quality, personalized embroidery products. Due to the custom nature of our items, please review our return and refund policy below:
- Defective or Damaged Products: If your order arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within the same day of receipt with photographic evidence. We will assess the issue and offer a replacement or refund as appropriate. Keep in mind the delivery Charges from your location to Embroidery Aura Headquarters and back to your location will be borne by the customer.
- Sizing and Color: Please consult our sizing charts and color guides before placing your order. We accept exchanges for incorrect size or color selections made by the customer but with a fee of 25% of product price. Keep in mind the delivery charges from your location to Embroidery Aura Headquarters and back to your location will be borne by the customer.
- Return Timeframe: Eligible items must be reported for return within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase, and accepted with a 75% refund of product price. Keep in mind the delivery charges from your location to Embroidery Aura Headquarters and back to your location will be borne by the customer.
- Every Embroidery Aura piece is prepared with care shortly after your order is confirmed. We honour cancellation requests made within 24 hours of placing your order. Please act quickly, and we will do everything in our power to intercept your order before it enters our courier’s hands. Cancel for any reason, no questions asked. A full refund is issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
